Expert insurance valuations
American Appraisal was engaged to provide AGIC with insurance valuations of property, plant and equipment for risk management needs and insurance placement. The appraisal encompassed the valuation of buildings, land improvements, machinery and equipment. Dams, penstocks, forebays, roads and parking lots were also included.
